Prices in USD per workspace. Any applicable VAT or sales tax is handled at checkout. Workspace size is read from Slack (active, non-bot members), so there's nothing to self-report.

Paid plans turn the feedback channel into something your People team can act on: every message sorted by how the team voted, a digest every Monday, and the whole year a click away.
- Weekly digest. Mondays at 09:00, in a channel you choose: what was posted, the strongest consensus, and the most divisive item.
- Home tab in Slack. Filter by verdict and period, and see volume week by week. Open to whoever is in your reports channel, with no separate login.
- CSV export. Twelve months in one click, delivered to the same channel.

FAQ
Common questions.
Do you charge per person?
No. One flat price per Slack workspace. Per-seat pricing would mean tracking who uses the product, which Sincere is built to avoid. It would also charge you more for rolling feedback out to more people.
What happens if we grow past a tier?
Nothing breaks and nothing changes on its own. Your subscription stays on the plan you bought. Once your workspace has grown into the next tier, get in touch through the contact page and we will move your subscription over. Posting, voting, and your data are never cut off over a tier change.
How do you count workspace size?
When someone runs /sincere upgrade,
we ask Slack for the member count. Only active,
human members count, so bots and deactivated
accounts are left out. There is nothing to
self-report. We keep the count in memory for a
day and store neither the count nor the member
list.
Is there a trial?
14 days of everything, no credit card. Enough time to run it past IT and see the first real feedback come in.
What happens if we cancel or a payment fails?
Paid features switch off. The feedback channel keeps working, and employees can post and vote whatever the billing state is. Your data is kept within the free plan's retention window. You can cancel yourself, without emailing us.
Why isn't it cheaper?
You're routing sensitive employee speech through this tool. The price pays for running it properly: moderation, EU hosting, a published anonymity design, and support that answers. Comparable tools charge per seat and cost more at 100 people.
